(A) round whole numbers to the nearest ten or hundred to approximate reasonable results in problem situations;
Objective:
Given five whole numbers and links to Internet sites, the student will work independently at a workstation to round whole numbers to the nearest hundred with 100% accuracy.
Purpose:
The student will open the link to see a presentation on the what, why, and how of the concept of rounding whole numbers.
